1. Business Model & Partner Relationship
Upvan Hotels & Resorts functions as a specialized hospitality company and authorized direct booking partner for selected camps, cottages, and resorts. We coordinate reservations, manage guest inquiries, and verify on-ground property standards.
2. Reservations & Confirmations
All reservations are subject to confirmed room availability and receipt of agreed booking advances. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking voucher specifying property location, check-in instructions, meal plan, and host emergency contacts.
3. Guest Identification
In accordance with government regulations in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Haryana, all adult guests must present valid government photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) upon check-in at partner properties.
4. Liability & Outdoor Activities
Participation in adventure activities such as white-water rafting, mountain trekking, rope courses, or camping requires adherence to on-ground safety guidelines provided by certified instructors.
